Tire Rack is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Distribution Center Manager to lead the daily operations of our Atlanta distribution center! This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, enjoys developing people, and is passionate about operational excellence.

In this role, you'll oversee warehouse operations, lead and develop a team of employees and supervisors, and ensure products are received, stored, and shipped safely, accurately, and efficiently. You'll play a key role in improving processes, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring our distribution center continues to meet the needs of our customers and business.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee daily distribution center operations, including receiving, inventory storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Recruit, interview, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees and supervisory personnel to build a strong, high-performing team.
• Establish clear performance expectations, monitor productivity, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse safety and security procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Coordinate shipping schedules, transportation routes, and delivery activities to ensure timely and accurate distribution of products.
• Partner with department leaders and corporate management to align warehouse operations with business goals and customer needs.
• Review operational reports, work orders, and demand forecasts to anticipate staffing needs, manage workloads, and prepare for peak business periods.
• Oversee warehouse equipment, facility maintenance, and employee equipment training to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor shipments, resolve distribution challenges, and respond to customer or shipping-related concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, facility enhancements, and equipment investments that support operational growth.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and succeed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and distribution processes.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and utilize warehouse systems and equipment.
• Experience managing employee performance and driving operational improvements.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a commitment to accountability and ethical conduct.
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve processes and team performance.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and Sundays as business needs require.
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed to support distribution center operations.
